Shipping Information
Most orders are dispatched the same day from Melbourne Warehouse if your order is placed before 2pm, (Monday-Friday) payment is received and products are in stock. Depending on your shipping destination orders can take from 1- 10 business days transit time.
Shipping Insurance
Any freight charges we quoted are for shipping only and does not include any insurance cover. Insurance is optional and charged according to the order value and only covers a maximum value of $5,000 per courier order and for the transit of goods shipped from Caremax to the customer only. Thus any courier orders which has any goods damaged or lost that insurance has not been paid, will not be replaced/reimbursed. Customer is encouraged to take up insurance if they wish to protect themselves against any damage/loss items in transits.

RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
Caremax is proud to offer ONE year replacement warranty policy unless warranty is specified in the product listing. This warranty is to cover machine unit but excluding all consumables. When the product has a major problem as indicated on ACCC website, a full refund can be requested within the warranty period. or you can choose between replacement, an exchange or credit.
When the product has a minor problem as indicated on ACCC website, Caremax will initially troubleshoot the issues with the units and we will ship spare parts, and/or provide step by step instructions on how to fix an issue so the unit can be repaired at home. If the troubleshooting does not resolve the issues, we will need to have the items shipped back to Caremax for assessment and repairs. Caremax will either fix the issue, or arrange a like-for-like replacement of the original product. Caremax will then cover the cost of returning the product to customer.Â
Return Postage for Faulty Items
• Within 30 days of customer receiving products: Caremax covers return shipping.Â
• After 30 days: it will be at buyer’s expense with registered post.

Can I collect my online order from the local store?
Yes. You will receive another email notification when your order is ready for collection. To avoid disappointment, do not come to store to collect your item UNTIL you receive a confirmation email. If you come in to collect your order before you receive the email, your order won’t be ready.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide including:

All International orders are sent via the Australia Post or DHL International service.
