We aim to ship your order on the same day (Cut-off 2pm) and specialise on getting your order out to you as quickly as possible.  Delivery of goods usually takes between 3-10 working days, depending on which part of Australia you live.

Once you have placed your order you will be able to track you parcel from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives on your front door. You can do this all from the Caremax website under the Customer Care section!

In the event that you’re not at home at the time of delivery you will be left a calling card inside your mailbox requesting you to contact our courier company to arrange an alternate time of delivery or you can pick up your order at your local Courier depot.

For security purposes all items must be signed for and cannot be left at your premises without a signature. If you would like the item to be left on your premises in the event you are not home, please put a note on your order where you would like the parcel to be left and we will ensure this happens for you.

If you have received anything that is not correct, faulty, damaged, or just want to follow up on your order please feeling free to email enquiries@caremax.com.au and we will discuss how to rectify this as quickly and as smoothly as possible for you.

If for some reason you have selected the wrong colour, size or simply change your mind on the item you have purchased please contact us as soon as possible. If your item hasn’t been shipped yet we are happy to change your order, however, once your order is logged on the courier we are unable to make any changes – however please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you!

For Hygiene reasons we cannot return some items such as magic wand massager, attachment etc.
