DELIVERY POLICY

 

Your item/s will be shipped within same business day (cut-off 12pm) by Australia Post with tracking record, upon receiving the cleared funds.

Express Postage is available at extra postage if appicable.

 Our Delivery Cost:

– Standard delivery is FREE, unless otherwise indicated and

– Express delivery is as per eParcel Agreement

 

From dispatch, the estimated metro delivery times are:

    – Standard Delivery – 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends*)

Please note standard delivery time to WA is 4 – 7 days (excluding weekends*)

    – Express Delivery – 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends*)

 

RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

 

14 Days Money Back Guarantee - No excuses!

 

Buyer can return the item within 14 days for any reason. However, please choose carefully, we do not normally give refunds for POSTAGE if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

 

All Tens Machine are covered by a full ONE year replacement Warranty.

 

The item must be in its original packaged condition and must be sent back to us in the same condition as you received it with all accessories included and unused, strictly no return of used pads. Please be noticed that the damage caused by misuse will not be covered. If any of the above conditions are not met, Choptopshop reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee at our sole discretion.

 

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or don’t perform as advertised.

 

Return Postage –  

 

• All non-defective returns (for change of mind etc) must be registered posted with a tracking record at the cost of buyer.

• Defective or faulty items (Dead on Arrival) within 30 days of customer receiving products, the return postage will be fully refunded.

• All warranty replacement return and resend postage after 30 days will be at buyer’s expense with registered post.

 

Once after returned item has been received, non-defective/change of mind items will have the shipping charges (Up to 500g – $8.5; Above 500g – $11.9;Express Post: Actual cost incurred) deducted from the amount of the refund or credit. Defective or faulty items (Dead on Arrival) within 30 Days of customer receiving products will receive either full refund plus return postage or a replacement plus return postage.

 

Return Process –  

 

You can return the item to us using the following steps:

• Send us an email with your order number and the reason of return.

• Our customer service representative will advise you of the return address.

 

Please ensure you include your order number in your return package. It will enable Choptopshop to process your return promptly.

 

One Year Warranty -

 

With regards to warranty replacement, Caremax is proud to offer ONE year replacement warranty policy unless extended warranty is specified in product listing. This warranty is  to cover machine unit but excluding all consumables like pads and cables.

 

• All warranty replacement return and resend postage after 30 days will be at buyer’s expense with registered post.
